PEG continuously monitors the vehicle environment and responds instantaneously to pre-defined threshold conditions related to time, date, motion, location, geo-zone, input and other event combinations. With PEG, your unique application will meet demanding customer requirements. This behavior can be programmed by Ci2i before shipment, at a customer’s facility, or over-the-air once the unit has been fielded.

Over-the-Air Serviceability

The LMU-600 series also leverages Ci2i’s industry leading over-the-air device management and maintenance system, PULS™ (Programming, Updates, and Logistics System). Configuration parameters, PEG rules, and firmware can all be updated over the air. PULS offers out-of-the-box hands free configuration and automatic post-installation upgrades. You can also monitor unit health status across your customers’ fleets to quickly identify issues before they become expensive problems.

IT-10 is a self-contained, self-powered asset management and monitoring tool specifically designed for use where the asset seldom returns to its place of origin (e.g. shipping containers).

Unlike other products, the IT-10 has a battery life of up to 10 years (based on 4 position updates reported daily). If an asset is stolen or moved from its geo-fenced location, the IT-10 can be sent a message changing it from asset management to security mode to facilitate recovery; in this alarm mode a GPS position is sent via TCP/IP every 5 minutes or at a user defined interval.
